2025年12月2日より、従来の保険証は使用できなくなります。

そのため、これから医療機関を受診する際は「マイナ保険証」をご持参ください。

※マイナ保険証をお持ちでない方には、保険証の代わりとなる「資格確認書」を発行します。「資格確認書」を医療機関等に提示することで、保険証と同じように受診ができます。

■健康保険証について

　返却は不要です。ご自身で破棄してください。

 

■マイナ保険証について

「マイナ保険証」とは、健康保険証の利用登録をしたマイナンバーカードのことです。

この機会に、マイナンバーカードを取得し、マイナ保険証の利用登録をお済ませください。

　・マイナンバーカードをお持ちでない方＞＞マイナンバーカード作成

　・マイナンバーカードを持っているが、マイナ保険証の利用登録をお済みでない方＞＞ マイナ保険証利用登録

 

■電子証明書有効期限にご注意ください

マイナンバーカード電子証明書有効期限が切れると、マイナ保険証として使えなくなります。お忘れなく更新手続きを行ってください。＞＞有効期限の確認と更新手順

 

 

Starting from December 2, 2025, your current Health Insurance Card will no longer be valid.

From that date onward, you must use your My Number Health Insurance Card when visiting medical institutions.

※For Employees without a My Number Health Insurance Card

An Eligibility Certificate will be issued as a substitute. By presenting this certificate at medical institutions, you can receive medical services just like with a regular insurance card.

No return is required. Please dispose of it yourself.

 

■My Number Health Insurance Card

A “My Number Health Insurance Card” is a My Number Card registered for health insurance use. We encourage you to apply for a My Number Card and complete the registration process to use it as your Health Insurance Card.
