被扶養者として登録されているご家族に「就職」「収入増」などの変動があり、被扶養者の要件を満たさなくなった場合は、扶養削除の手続きが必要です。
該当する場合は、速やかに届出をお願いします。

 

■こんな時は被扶養者でなくなります

1. 就職して他の健康保険に加入した場合
2. パート・アルバイト先で健康保険に加入した場合
3. 収入が基準額を超えた場合
   • 原則：年収 130万円以上
   • 60歳以上または障がい者：180万円以上
   • 19歳以上23歳未満（被保険者の配偶者を除く）：150万円以上

■ 扶養から外す手続きについて

SmartHRより「扶養家族の削除」申請をしてください。

※事前申請可能。例：4/1から就職されるお子様の喪失手続きは、3月より申請可能です。

 

Don’t Forget to Submit a Notification When There Is a Change to Your Dependents!
If a family member registered as your dependent experiences a change—such as starting a new job or having an increase in income—and no longer meets the requirements to remain a dependent, you are required to complete the procedure to remove them from your dependent list.
If applicable, please submit the notification promptly.

 

■ Situations in Which a Family Member Is No Longer Considered a Dependent

1. When they start working and enroll in another health insurance system
2. When they enroll in health insurance through a part-time or temporary job
3. When their income exceeds the eligibility threshold
   • Standard: Annual income of 1,300,000 yen or more
   • Age 60 or older, or persons with disabilities: 1,800,000 yen or more
   • Ages 19 to under 23 (excluding the insured person's spouse): 1,500,000 yen or more

■ How to Remove a Family Member from Your Dependent List

Please submit a request for “Delete a dependent” through SmartHR.

※Advance applications are accepted.
Example: You may submit the removal procedure in March for a child who will start employment on April 1.
