　国の制度改正に基づき、健康保険料と合わせ「子ども・子育て支援金」の給与天引きが開始されます（5月度支給給与より）。皆様にはご理解とご協力をよろしくお願い致します。

 

１．保険料率について

　子ども・子育て支援金率：0.23％
　（本人負担：0.115％　事業主負担：0.115％）

　子ども・子育て支援金（本人負担 0.115％）は、標準報酬月額を基に算出され、翌月控除となります。（5月給与で引かれるのは4月分）
　給与から控除する際は、健康保険料に合算して徴収されます。

2．子ども・子育て支援金制度とは

　子ども・子育て支援金は、少子化対策を促進するために、児童手当の拡充等の子育て支援施策を安定的に実施するための財源として創設された制度です。医療保険制度の仕組みを活用し、全世代・企業が社会全体で子育て世帯を支えることを目的としています。
　なお、徴収された支援金は、法律により子ども・子育て支援施策に限定して使用されます。

　In accordance with a revision to the national system, we would like to inform you that, starting with theinsurance premiums for April 2026 (deducted from May payroll), a new contribution called the “Child andChildcare Support Contribution” will be deducted from salaries together with health insurance premiums.

1. Contribution Rate
　Child and Childcare Support Contribution Rate: 0.23%

　　(Employee share: 0.115%, Employer share: 0.115%)

　The Child and Childcare Support Contribution (employee contribution: 0.115%) is calculated based on the standardmonthly earnings and deducted the following month.

　　(The amount deducted from May’s pay covers April’scontribution.)

　When deducted from your pay, it is collected together with your health insurance premiums.

 

2. About the Child and Childcare Support Contribution
　The Child and Childcare Support Contribution is a system established as a financial resource to steadily implementchild‑rearing support measures—such as the enhancement of child allowances—aimed at addressing the decliningbirthrate.
　By utilizing the framework of the medical insurance system, this initiative seeks to create a society in which allgenerations and companies collectively support households raising children.
　Please note that, under the law, the collected contributions are strictly limited to use for child and child‑raising supportpolicies.
