Regular medical examination is conducted for all employees as UD Trucks Corporation. Please make sure to get checkup done by checking the notice which has been distributed from company.
- ※This regular medical examination is not related to "Information on various Health Checkups" which has been distributed from Health Insurance Association.
Depending upon the results of regular medical examination, measures such as specific health guidance will be provided to the applicants to prevent worsening.

Comprehensive medical checkup (Ningen dock)

In preparation for cancer risks that increase with age, more accurate test items will be added than regular medical examination and lifestyle-related disease medical examination. For middle-aged people and those who have recently been worried a bit, let's take early measures at the medical checkup.
Lifestyle-related disease medical examination

Lifestyle-related disease medical examination comprises health screenings intended to identify those who require health guidance to prevent lifestyle-related conditions, by focusing on visceral-fat obesity.

Flow of reservation application

After looking at the medical checkup institutions, please make reservation by yourself using the phone number provided. - STEP2Fill out the Application form
The contents of the confirmed reservation are described in the “Application form”, please send it by fax or mail given below. - STEP3Notification of reservation confirmation
After confirming the details of the reservation at the Medical Checkup Reservation Reception Center, we will contact you by mail to confirm the reservation.
